Our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy 30-day returns and exchanges—online 


Here’s what you need to know:

  • You have 30 days from your purchase date to return or exchange an item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

  • Please include a receipt or order confirmation with your return.


Damages & Order Issues

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive (for online orders)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Need something different? No problem!
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you're welcome to place a new order for the desired item with store credit. 

  • Online purchases may be exchanged by mail.


Returning Online Orders?

  • You can return online purchases in- by mail.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Items not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Undergarments

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we’ve received and processed your return.
